Previously they used potential meter to adjust motor speed and caused quality drop of their product. The existing system is operating manually with limited protection features. With this new control panel, the worker can preset the motor spinning speed and duration. This system will based on the feedback back of motor speed to make adjustment. This system allows worker to adjust the speed through touch screen while the motor is spinning.
When the duration is reached, the system will move to next process until the process cycle ends. Once the process cycle ended, all the data will be saved into thumb drive.
Besides that, this system has few protection features to protect DC motor and instruments from being damaged (overload, high current surge,etc). The front panel will display some indications for current process status.
