We designed and installed a simple but efficient PLC system in our new client's factory. Previously our client has to manually record and calculate field data. It is quite hard for the operator to maintain his daily operation while doing the calculation. We proposed this system to increase working efficiency of their workers. This system will automatically process the field data and display the calculated data at the panel. It is easy for the operator to manage the process based on the calculated data.
